All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the Phoebe Simpson Jewellery studio.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship pieces are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

For made-to-order pieces, production times may vary. Estimated making times will be noted on the product page where applicable.

If you require a piece by a specific date, please feel free to get in touch before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate.

UK Shipping

Orders within the UK are sent using Royal Mail tracked services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times are typically 1–2 working days, although this may vary depending on the postal service.

International Shipping

International orders are sent using tracked and signed postal services where possible.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local authorities.

Packaging

Each piece of jewellery is carefully packaged and presented in a Phoebe Simpson Jewellery packaging, suitable for gifting.

Sustainable Packaging

Where possible, packaging materials are chosen with care to reduce environmental impact. Boxes and packing materials are recyclable or reusable, and orders are packed

thoughtfully to minimise unnecessary waste.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal service. While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur.
