FAQs

BESPOKE

How do I begin a bespoke project?
Every bespoke piece begins with a conversation. You can get in touch via email to share your ideas, or book a consultation to discuss your piece in more detail.

We’ll talk through design direction, materials, budget, and timeframe. You don’t need to have everything figured out — the process is collaborative, and I’ll guide you through each stage.

How much does a bespoke piece cost?
Each piece is priced individually depending on materials, scale, and complexity.

I can work to a range of budgets and will always be transparent about costs from the outset. Smaller adaptations of existing designs will be more accessible, while fully one-of-a-kind pieces require a higher investment.

The starting price for re-modelling heirloom gold is £395.

How long does the process take?
Most bespoke pieces take between 6-12 weeks from design confirmation to completion, depending on the nature of the project and studio schedule.

If you have a specific date in mind, do get in touch — I’ll always try to accommodate where possible.

Can I use heirloom gold or gemstones?
Yes — I love working with existing materials where possible.

Any gemstones will be need to be inspected beofre resetting. Any heirloom gold or silver must be hallmarked in order to re-use.

Can you work with clients remotely?
Absolutely. I regularly work with clients across the UK and internationally.

We can develop your piece via email, video calls, and shared imagery — with updates throughout the process so you feel closely connected to the making.

Do you make engagement and wedding rings?
Yes — these are a core part of my bespoke work.

Each piece is designed to be personal, with a focus on longevity, wearability, and meaningful detail.

ORDERS & PRODUCTION

What is the difference between ready-to-ship and made-to-order?
Ready-to-ship pieces are already made and will be dispatched within a few working days.

Made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and typically take 2–6 weeks to complete.

Can I request a custom variation of an existing design?
Yes — small adjustments such as size, finish, or metal are often possible.

This can be a good option if you’d like something personal with a shorter lead time.

SIZING

How do I find my ring size?
The most accurate way is to have your finger sized by a jeweller, or measure a ring you already wear on the same finger.

If you’re buying as a gift, I can help guide you based on approximate measurements.

Can rings be resized?
Many rings can be resized, though this depends on the design.

It’s always best to get as close to the correct size as possible to avoid additional work.
