SHIPPING

All pieces shipped within the UK will be sent via Special Delivery, where they are insured in transit and will arrive the day after dispatch.   All international purchases will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed unless the express option is chosen.

Your piece will be hand-made to order and will take 2-4 weeks to create. If you require a rush on your purchase please email info@phoebesimpson.com prior to placing your order online and I will try my best to accommodate your request.

 

SIZING

If you are unsure of your ring size I can send you a ring sizer. However, it’s much easier to pop into a jewellers and get them to measure your finger.

I am very happy to re-size silver rings free of charge, where possible.  Gold plated rings will need to be re-plated if you require a re-size and you will be charged accordingly.  Unfortunately some rings with gemstones are almost impossible to re-size.  If you do need to return an item to me, please use Special Delivery.

 

RETURNS POLICY

As each piece is made to order to your specifications, I am not always able to offer a simple exchange. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with me at info@phoebesimpson.com and I will try to find a resolution. Commissioned pieces and all jewellery that has been customised to your requirements are final sale.

Sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is faulty, please return it to me and I will mend it for you free of charge. As before, please make sure you use Special Delivery.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. This includes gold plating that has faded, surface scratches, oxidization or tarnishing.
